You can set up an account in Ecomail within a few minutes on our website.
Click on the "Sign up" button in the top right corner, or click on the "Try it for FREE" button.

Creating an account is non-binding - until you order a relevant tariff or credit package, you do not pay anything for the account and you can always stop using it without any commitments.

After clicking on the "Register" or "Try for FREE" button, a table will appear for filling in the necessary information.

Account name - Here you fill in the name of your future Ecomail account. The name is usually the name of your company, such as "ecomail". Insert the name without spaces or accents. Attention! The account name cannot be changed in the future.

Your full name - Fill in your First name and Surname.

Your email address - Email you will use to log in to your account.

Password - Password you will use to log in to your account. You can change the password anytime in your account.

Click on the "Create FREE account" button and you can log in right away.

Adding new users into your Ecomail account

You can add your colleagues to your Ecomail account.

After clicking the small arrow next to your email address in the top right corner, select Manage your account.

After clicking on Account Management, you will see the management of your entire Ecomail account. Click on the "Users" option, where you can see your email. You will see the label "This is you" and "Administrator" next to it.

On this page, you will have the option to add a new user using the button "Invite new User".

You can choose what rights the new user will have. After clicking the "Send invitation" the new user will receive an email with a link to create their own password. They will then log in with their own email and password.

If you wish to change the rights for individual contacts, you can do so using the edit button. You can also change the account owner, for example, if you wish to delete the original account holder. However, these changes can only be made by the administrator.

If you are not sure what rights different user roles have, see our table for a summary of all features.
